Description

(54) COMPOSITION FOR CLEANING GAS FROM PHOSPHINE

2. The invention relates to methods for the purification of gas from phosphine, it could be used in chemical industrial Ti, in the case of phosphorus production. A known solution is l for the purification of ha, for example, acetylene from phosphine, containing, wt.%: Feg (304) 3 9H 07-10 ne28.5-30.5 Na} 0.5-1.0 Vaoda64.0-58.5 However, a known solution cannot purify gases with a high content of foo fin in it (more than 0.12% by volume). Composition 2 for the purification of gas from phosphine containing, in wt%, is also known: Cu 50, 0-22.0 Peg (504) 5 9Н205.0-7.0 Activated carbon 1.0-2.0 The weight of the composition is small durability, therefore, it is able to clean large volumes of gases (no more than 120 liters), especially at elevated temperatures. In addition, this method has a low degree of regeneration (about 50%), i.e. does not restore its original activity. The aim of the invention is to increase the service life of the sorbent, the amount of purified hot gas and the degree of its regeneration. The proposed composition for the purification of gas from phosphine includes Cu BOj.SH, Fe (SQ4) - 9 HgO, water and zeolite fdaA as a solid sorbent with the following content of components: wt.%: CuS04-5H2O. 16.0-24.0 Fe2 (504) 3 9Н О2-2-4.0 Zeolite NaA1.0-2.0 WaterExtracted Example 1. 12 ml of the composition, containing, wt.%: CUS04 5H, 0 24.0; Fe, 2 (504) c 9HgO 4.0; Zeolite / MaA 2.0; water 70.0, used to purify 255 m of gas containing J. vol.% of phosphine with a volume rate of 2700 h. The oxidation stump of phosphine is 100%. Example 2. 12 ml of the same composition as in the example 1, are purged with oxygen for 5–20 minutes with continuous data from Table. It can be seen that the degree Comparative characteristic of gas supply with a known composition of the composition of the heated and known compositions is 30-50%, and the proposed 100% maple in the table. 2
