Description
(54) УСТГОЙСТЮ ДЛЯ ПОДГОТОВКИ КОМПЛЕКТА ЭЛЕКТРОДОВ К УСТАНОВКЕ ИХ В ЭШКТРОЛИТИЧЕСКИЕ ВАННЫ виде двух бесконечвых конвейерных элементов и снабжены приснособлени кш дл подвески электродов в вертикальном положении. Тележкн S оборудованы стойками 8 дл подвешиванн комплекта анодов Зи катодов 4. Устройство дл подготовки комплекта электродов к установке их в 31лек:тролитнческие ванны работает следуюищм образом. Приспособлением дл достаэки аноды 3 и катоды 4 подают соответственно к транспортерам 1 и 2 и подвешивают в вертикальном положении . Накапливание анодов 3 и катодов 4 до Kohin TBа, которое устанавлива1бт в ванну, осуществл ют на транспортерах 1 и 2, при этом рассто ние мезкдуэлектродами соответствует рассто иив между ними в ванне. Подъемник 6 располагают над транспортером и первым набором парных крюков захватьшают комплект анодов 3, затем подъемник б перемешают в ПОЗИЦИЮ;над транспортером 2 и вторым набором парных крюков захватьтают комплект катодов 4. Далее подье1мш1к 6 перемещают в позицию над тележкой S и комплект анодов 3 и катодов 4 устанавливают на стойки 8. Прн этом комплект электродов полностью готов дл загрузки в электролитическуюванну. К р ду вамн комплект транспортируют тележкдй 5, на эту же - тележку загружают использованнью аноды и катоды с нарощенным осадком. Форм у л а Изобретени 1 .
