The invention relates to the construction, in particular, to devices for mechanized feeding, laying and compacting a concrete mix during the erection of buildings and structures in sliding and moving formwork.

A device is known for laying and compacting a concrete mixture according to DOS. auth. St. No. 390245, containing a self-propelled trolley, a bunker, a belt feeder and a turntable, on which a manipulator pivotally fixed, pivotally connected to a deep vibrator 1, is pivotally fixed.

The disadvantage of this device is the impossibility of passing the immersion vibrator through the cells of the mesh reinforced cage.

The aim of the invention is to provide input and output of a deep vibrator through the cells of the mesh reinforced cage.

This goal is achieved by the fact that, in the device for laying and compacting the concrete mix, the turntable is provided with a brace with a roller support hinged on it, connected by a flexible link with the manipulator.

The device for laying and compacting the concrete mix contains a self-propelled trolley 1, on which a turntable 2 with a hydraulic actuator 3 is installed, a movement drive 4 and a belt feeder 5 with a drive 6. The belt feeder frame 7 is supported on rollers by means of rollers.

On the frame 7, a manipulator consisting of a bar 8 with a flexible shaft of a deep vibrator 9 located on it is pivotally mounted.

Roller guide. Support 10 is installed with the possibility of rotation on the frame arm 7.

Roller bearing has a main 11 and supporting 12 rollers. Bearing 10 is connected by a flexible connection with shtanga 8, driven by a hydraulic cylinder 13.

On the frame 7 there is an oil pump 14, which feeds the hydraulic drive of the turntable 2 and the hydraulic cylinder 13. Removable hopper 15

with the shutter mounted on frame 7 so that its outlet is above the belt feeder.

Device for laying and compaction of the concrete mix works as follows

After installing the hopper with a concrete mixture on the frame include a belt feeder, open the shutter and serve the concrete mix in the formwork.

The pump 14 is turned on, the working fluid flows through the hydraulic switch to the hydraulic cylinder 13 and the rod 8 is lowered. In doing so, the bearing 10 of the roller with the immersion vibrator 9 is rotated with the rod.

The roller bearing rotates until it stops.

When support 10 approaches the stop, a deep vibrator is introduced into the cell of the reinforcement cage. Upon further lowering of the rod, the deep vibrator, rolling on the rollers of the support 10, is lowered into the concrete mix.

After the concrete mixture is compacted, the hydraulic cylinder 13 lifts the rod 8 and the vibrator comes out of the formwork and enters the rollers of the guide support 10, and with further lifting of the rod it lifts the support 10 using a flexible connection and removes the vibrator from the reinforcement cage.

The actuator 4 is turned on and the device moves along the concreted walls along the path laid on the working platform to the next formwork area where the laying and compaction of the mixture is produced in the same way
