Abstract

FIELD: construction industry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction of metropolitans as well as industrial buildings. Travelling forms for placement of concrete on ceilings include supporting structure provided with moving mechanism, forms section and lifting hydraulic cylinders. Forms section is coupled to supporting structure with the aid of lever hinged with one end to supporting structure and with the other end - to opposite end of lower part of forms section. Rod of each lifting hydraulic cylinder is suspended in joint from forms section. Body of each lifting hydraulic cylinder has baseplate to rest against foundation of structure connected to body by means of spherical hinge. Travelling forms include hinge structure provided with moving mechanism with running wheels resting against rails. Close to lifting hydraulic cylinders beneath forms section there are suspended rods of supporting columns which bodies rest against foundation of structure through baseplates. Forms section is equipped with face forms, scaffolds and ladders. It is lifted into working position after forms are installed under erected ceiling with the use of pumping plant and hydraulic cylinders. Then it is fixed in working position, face forms is set into working position with the aid of supporting columns, side clearances between edges of forms sections and walls of structure are compacted, reinforcing cage is installed and ceiling is cast with concrete. After necessary curing of concrete operations mentioned above are conducted in reverse order. Forms section is lowered on to rests of supporting structure, is fixed on it, then forms are moved again into working position to place concrete on next block of ceiling. EFFECT: increased operational efficiency and reliability.

Передвижная опалубка для бетонирования перекрытий включает опорную конструкцию, снабженную механизмом передвижения, опалубочную секцию и подъемные гидроцилиндра, при этом опалубочная секция связана с опорной конструкцией с помощью рычага, шарнирно закрепленного одним концом на опорной конструкции, а другим - на противоположном конце нижней части опалубочной секции, при этом шток каждого из подъемных гидроцилиндров шарнирно подвешен к опалубочной секции, а корпус каждого из подъемных гидроцилиндров имеет опорную плиту для опоры на основание сооружения и соединенную с корпусом посредством сферического шарнира. Передвижная опалубка включает шарнирную конструкцию, снабженную механизмом передвижения с ходовыми колесами, опертую на рельсы. Опалубочная секция закреплена на опорной конструкции с помощью рычага, один конец которого шарнирно закреплен на опорной конструкции, а другой - также шарнирно закреплен в нижней части на противоположном конце опалубочной секции. Штоки подъемных гидроцилиндров шарнирно подвешены снизу на опалубочной секции, а корпуса гидроцилиндров оперты на основание сооружения через опорные плиты. Рядом с подъемными гидроцилиндрами снизу опалубочной секции шарнирно подвешены штоки опорных стоек, корпуса которых оперты на основание сооружения через опорные плиты. Опалубочная секция снабжена торцевой опалубкой ,подмостями, лестницами. После установки опалубки под возводимым перекрытием при помощи насосной установки и гидроцилиндров производят подъем опалубочной секции в рабочее положение. Затем фиксируют ее в рабочем положении, вводя в работу опорные стойки, устанавливают в рабочее положение торцевую опалубку, уплотняют боковые зазоры между краями опалубочных секций и стенами сооружения, монтируют арматурные каркасы и бетонируют перекрытие. После необходимой выстойки бетона указанные выше операции выполняют в обратной последовательности. Опускают опалубочную секцию на упоры опорной конструкции, фиксирую на ней, а затем опалубку передвигают снова в рабочее положение для бетонирования следующего блока перекрытия.The invention relates to the field of construction of subways, as well as industrial buildings, and relates to mobile formwork for concreting the ceiling of a subway station. The rods of the lifting hydraulic cylinders are hinged from the bottom on the formwork section, and the cylinder bodies are supported on the base of the structure through the base plates. Near the lifting hydraulic cylinders from the bottom of the formwork section, the rods of the support posts are hinged, the bodies of which are supported on the base of the structure through the base plates. The formwork section is equipped with end formwork, scaffolds, stairs. After installing the formwork under the erected ceiling using the pumping unit and hydraulic cylinders, the formwork section is raised to its working position. Then they fix it in the working position, introducing the support racks into the work, install the end formwork in the working position, tighten the lateral gaps between the edges of the formwork sections and the walls of the structure, mount the reinforcing cages and concrete the ceiling. After the necessary curing of concrete, the above operations are performed in the reverse order. The formwork section is lowered onto the supports of the supporting structure, fixed on it, and then the formwork is again moved to the working position for concreting the next floor unit.
