Изобретение относитс  к обработке металлов цавлением. Известен способ изготовлени  железн порожных колес, состо щий из нагрева заготовки, ее формовки с образованием ступицы, обода и диска и последующей прокатки {ij. Однако в готовых издели х, изготовленных из стали с повышенным содержанием водорода по этому способу, содержатс  флокены. Наиболее близким по технической сущ ности и достигаемому результату к изо ретению  вл етс  способ изготовлени  цельнокатаных железнодорожных колес путем нагрева заготовки, ее формовки,. прокатки колеса и последующей противо- флокенной обработки 2. Противофлокен ную обработку осуществл ют путем изотермической выдержки заготовки при 60О-650 С в течение 2-4 ч после прокатки заготовки. Однако этот способ также не обеспе чивает получени  изделий, не содержащих флокенов. Цель изобретени  - повышение качества изделий. Цель достигаетс  тем, что по предлагаемому способу противофлокенную обработку производ т в два этапа, причем первый этап осущвг:твл ют при нагреве путем изотермической выдержки заготовки в течение 3-е ч при 600-680°С. Способ осуществл етс  следующим образом. Колесные заготовки, полученные, например , путем порезки слитка, нагревают до 122О-126О С. В период нагрева заго- тосок под деформацию при 650-680° осуществл ют первый этап противофлокенной обработки - изотермическую выдержку в течение 3-6 ч. Нагретые заготовки под- вергают гор чей деформации до получени  полуфабриката.
