Однако при массовом производстве корпус такого шарнира либо штампуетс , затем обрабатываетс резанием и после вставки внутренних частей заделываетс развальцованной крышкой, либо выполн етс штамповкой выдавливанием, либо он состоит из из двух частей, изготовленных методом глубокой выт жки из листового металла, которые соедин ютс друг с другом, например, сваркой или склепываютс . Целью н сто шего изобретени вл етс упрощение технологии изготовлени шарового шарнира. Дл этого по предлагаемому способу корпус изготавливают путем обжати отрезка трубы в аксиальном направлении с образованием фланца в виде гофра и деформированием кромки одного из концов трубы дл образовани дна корпуса. Кроме того, деформирование кромок входного отверсти производ т с помощью пуансона , который имеет вогнутую сферическую рабочую поверхность и сквозное центральное отверстие дл размещени пальца шарнира. Таким образом, весь кожух шарового шарнира изготовл етс из одного отрезка трубы. Червонна обработка трубы не производитс ни изнутри, ни снаружи, в случае необходимости торцовые поверхности трубы могут быть обработаны перед деформированием без резки. For this, according to the proposed method, the body is made by compressing a pipe section in the axial direction with the formation of a flange in the form of a corrugation and deforming the edge of one of the pipe ends to form the bottom of the body. In addition, the deformation of the edges of the inlet is made by means of a punch that has a concave spherical working surface and a through central hole for accommodating the hinge pin. Thus, the entire ball joint casing is made from a single pipe length. Pneumatic processing of the pipe is not carried out either internally or externally; if necessary, the end surfaces of the pipe can be processed before deformation without cutting. The flange on the perimeter, which usually only serves to connect to the vehicle, has the added value of stiffening the tubular billet for subsequent deformation of the pipe ends. Otherwise, during this operation, there is a danger that the cylindrical wall will swell under the action of axial load, which will change the running capabilities of the hinge. According to the proposed method, it is possible to manufacture ball joints with given travels.
