Cel ten osiagnieto wedlug wyna¬ lazku dzieki procesowi, w którym odcinek rury specza sie w kierunku osiowym celem utworzenia faldy obwodowej na plaszczu rury, zawija sie jeden koniec rury promieniowo do wewnatrz, wklada w znany sposób wewnetrzne czesci przegubu, przygina drugi koniec rury do kulistego lba przez nacisk Osiowy. 3 — prze¬ gub kulowy z wydrazonym czopem wystajacym z obu stron obudowy.Obudowa przegubu kulowego wedlug fig. 1 jest wykonana z odcinka rury 1. Do tej obudowy sa wlozone czesci wewnetrzne przegubu: pokrywka 4, sprezyna 5, pierscien 6 i dwie miski kuliste 7 i 7', obejmujace leb ku¬ listy 8 sworznia 9. Przeguby 2 i 3 róznia sie ksztaltem obudowy i sworzniem. Mozliwe jest 108 689108 689 3 jednak bez trudnosci zastosowanie sworznia z fig. 3 w obu¬ dowie z fig. 2 i odwrotnie.^^ Na fig. 2 jednoczesciowa miska kulista 7 jest u góry * zamknieta. Housing of this type of joint is either forged, then machined and after inserting the internal parts, it is closed by a rolled cover, or by pressing or stamping two parts from a sheet of metal. which are joined together, for example, by welding or riveting. All three methods have been practically tested and are applied in parallel. The aim of the invention is to make the manufacturing process of this type of joint cheaper. This object is achieved according to the invention by a process in which a pipe section is spliced in the axial direction to form a circumferential fold on the sheath of the pipe, one pipe end is wrapped radially inward, the internal joint parts are inserted in a known manner, the other pipe end is bent into a spherical shape. It is preferred that the bending of the housing to the ball head on the exit side of the joint pin is made with a punch having a concave, a partially spherical working surface, and a hole for the passage of the joint pin. In this way, the entire body of the ball joint is made of of only one pipe section. The pipe does not require any pre-treatment, either inside or outside. If necessary, the end faces of the pipe ends may be prepared prior to plastic processing. The circumferential flange, otherwise only used to connect to the vehicle, has an additional meaning here: it stiffens the pipe section during the subsequent operation of deforming its ends. During this operation, there is a risk of the cylindrical section bulging as a result of the necessary axial load, and thus causing uncontrolled stresses inside the joint, which are manifested in the fact that we obtain a very different freedom of movement of the joint. movement, lying within certain limits, without the need to ensure particular accuracy of the pipe sections. The subject of the invention is shown in the example of the embodiment in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a ball joint closed with a lid, Fig. 2 - a ball joint with a ball bowl closed at the top which makes the use of a special cover redundant, and Fig. 3 - a ball joint with a protruding pin protruding from both sides of the housing. The housing of the ball joint according to Fig. 1 is made of a pipe section 1. It has a circumferential fold 2 and one end 3 curls radially inward. The inner parts of the joint are inserted into this housing: cover 4, spring 5, ring 6 and two spherical cups 7 and 7 ', covering the head 8 of the pin 9. The end 10 of the housing, forming a hole for the pin, is bent to the head 8 at using axial thrust. In the joints of Figures 1 and 2, this bending was effected by means of a die on a paste-like, semi-spherical working surface having a hole for the passage of a spherical pin. The only difference between the two joints is the presence or the absence of a cover 4. Joints 2 and 3 differ in the shape of the housing and the pin. It is possible, however, without difficulty to use the pin of Fig. 3 in the housing of Fig. 2 and vice versa. In Fig. 2, the simultaneous spherical cup 7 is closed at the top. In the articulation of Fig. 3, the closure is the first; closing wall. • - ¦ «¦¦ • * r Claims 1.
