The invention relates to the field of design of machine tools. A known turret head for a metal cutting machine comprising a housing based on a base, a clamping mechanism, as well as turning and locking mechanisms, equipped with suitable dogs and levers. The proposed device differs from the well-known fact that, in order to reduce the idling of the caliper when changing tools, there is a hub with a coping groove in which the rotation, fixing and clamping mechanisms are mounted in the head guide bases, the clamping mechanism being designed as a system of levers, interacting with a copy groove, and paws of withdrawal of the lock and rotation of the head are mounted on the slide motionlessly relative to each other. FIG. 1 shows a structural diagram of a turret; tia fig. 2 shows a section BB in FIG. 1 in FIG. 3 is a section bb In figure 1; in fig. 4 is a section view of And-And in FIG. 2; in fig. 5 is a section E-E in FIG. 2. A turret with a vertical axis of rotation contains; the housing 1, on the end of the landing cylinder of which six fingers 2, evenly circumferentially pressed, are slider 3 with fixed pins 4, 5 and 6 fixedly relative to each other, serving respectively for turning the head of the detent and extending the slide, clamp 7 heads with dogs 8 mounted on it, bar 9 and screw 10. The slider is mounted in the guide bases 11 and supported by the clamping bar 12. A roller 13 mounted on the axle 14, which is pressed, is mounted in the curved groove of the slider On the end of the lever 15, one end of which is pivotally connected to the axis 16, and the second to the notch recess 17. The positions of the body of the turret are fixed by a clamp 18, which is pivotally connected to the lever 19, which is rotated around the axis 21, permanently presses the retainer to the supporting end of the head housing, the head is attached to the machine caliper by pins and is centered by the protruding base at the base and with one cut-off finger.
7.The principle of operation of the head is to use the caliper of the machine tool to move the idle slider. When the head moves relative to the slide 3, the right lever 19 runs onto the dog 5 and due to the bevel (FIG. 3), turning around the axis 21 leads the retainer 18 out of the socket 22. At the same time, with some advance, due to the interaction of the roller 13 with a copy groove on the slider 3, the lever 15 moves the yriop 17, which leads the pawl 8 out of the locking position (it is in the straight section of the stop 17), and then turning it, spreads it through the bar 9 and the screw 10 to the collar 7.
22.After that, the finger 2, resting on the dog 4, turns the head 1/6 of a turn, by which time the lever 19 moves away from the straight section of the dog 5 and, having drowned into its notch, presses, under the action of the spring 20, The chorus of the head housing 1 until the appearance of the socket 22.
Под конец поворота головки, из-за малого контакта пальца 2 с собачкой 4 г последн упираетс в теле основани 11 (фиг.2), а затем проходит под пальцем с зазором 0,2-0,3 мм„At the end of the head rotation, due to the small contact of the finger 2 with the dog, 4 g last rests in the body of the base 11 (figure 2), and then passes under the finger with a gap of 0.2-0.3 mm „
On the cycle, the unclamping and rotation of the body head 1/6 of a turn is completed.
Цикл на этом заканчиваетс .When the head moves to the left with respect to the slider 2, the dogs 4 and 5 are released, respectively, from the subsequent finger 2 and from the lever 19 due to oblique cuts in them. In this case, the dog 4, turning around its axis, is pushed to the side, and the dog 5 is raised upwards around the axis. Then the lever 15, moving the stop 17 in the opposite direction, leads through the pawl 8, the bar 9 and the screw 10 to the clamp, clamping the head. The cycle ends here.
23.The slider is held in a stationary position with the forward and reverse movement of the head by the anvil 23 rigidly mounted on the bed of the machine. Upon further movement of the head, the doggie b goes off the clamping bar 12 and, turning around its axis under the action of the spring 24, leaves the engagement with the stop 23.
When using pneumatic or hydraulic actuators to move the slider (Fig. 1), the head is retracted from the workpiece to the desired distance, then the command is given to turn on the actuators, which, for one double stroke of the rods, perform a full cycle of rotation, fixation and clamping of the head housing at already fixed position of the head itself.
