Устройство содержит основание 1, выполненное в виде замкнутой на барабанах 2 и 3 к опирающейс  на ролики 4 бесконечной ленты, нижн   ветвь которой снабжена узлом 5 дл  охлаждени  и узлом 6 дл  очист ки основани  1. Над основанием 1 смонтирована воДоохлаждаема  камера 7, в верхней части 8 которой выполнены отверсти  9 со смонтированными в них распылительными соплами 10, соединенными трубопровосдами П с системой 12 подачи инертного газа. Камера 7 снабжена патрубками 13 и 14 дл  подачи инертного газа т системы 12 на внутренние поверхности еебоковых стенок и патрубками 15 и 16 дл  отвода газообразных продуктов н металлических брызг. На выходе из камеры 7 установлены экранированный толщиномер 17 и дополнительна  камера 18, снабженна  отражательными перегородками 19, съемником 20 и опорными роликами 21. В крыщке 22 камеры 18 установлен бункер 23 дл  металличес-. кого порошка с кольцевым каналом 24 дл  подачи инертного газа, соединенным трубопроводом 25 и системой I2v Над камерой 7 установлена емкость 26 дл  расплавленного металла с выпускными отверсти ми 27, размещенными соосно распылительным соплам 10. На выходе и5 камеры 18 установлены прокатные валки 28. Устройство работает следующим обраРасплавленный металл из емкости 26 через выпускные отверсти  27 направл етс  на движущеес  основание I, при этом инертный газ, подаваемый из сопел 10, распыл ет металл, вытекающий из емкости 26.
