Description
I . . I. . The invention relates to earthmoving machinery, in particular, to working bodies of rotary excavators. Working equipment of a rotary excavator is known, including a needle with a working body mounted on it with buckets having a unloading mechanism, made of a lever with a roller, interacting with a cam loosened on the axis l. However, in this device, the execution of the cam in the form of a cam complicates the design. Also known is a working body of a rotor excavator, which includes a fixed axis and a rotor with buckets that have turning-back walls connected by means of tg with a yoke mounted with the possibility of rotation relative to a guide element eccentrically mounted on the rotor axis 2j. However, in this design, the return of the rear wall of the bucket occurs under the action of its own power of gravity. The aim of the invention is to simplify the design. This is achieved by the fact that the yoke is made in the form of depi and the guide element in the form of a roller for interacting with the chain. Figure 1 shows a side view of the earthmoving machine, a general view; 2 a top view; Fig.3. - a general view of the working body, top view; figure 4 is the same, side view; Fig.5 drive back of the buckets, the overall view. The working body of the rotor excavator is mounted on the frame 1 fixed on the undercarriage 2. The sectional body is in the front of the machine on the frame 1 having the axis of rotation 3 relative to the undercarriage 2. carried out by a pair of hydraulic cylinders 4. The sectional body is mounted on a rotating shaft 5 and several inserts 6.; The motor 7 drives the gearbox 8, which in turn drives the gear 9, the Gear 9 drives a pair of chain gears 10, each of which loses 9 gears driven by the gear 9 and 11 12 rivodimoy chain sprocket 13. Sprockets 13 and chain 12 installed inside the frame 1 and are therefore protected from damage caused by accumulation of dirt, etc. during work.
8 Each sprocket 13 is mounted on a shaft 14, which is rotatably mounted and provided with a pair of gears 15, each of which is in engagement with a gear 16 mounted on one of the wheels with internal heel. Each of the impellers 17 has a hub 18 and a pair of rims extending radially from the hub 18 to the outside. The wheel is equipped with buckets 19, which are located along the perimeter of the hub 18 between lunches. Each of the buckets is provided with a cutting edge 20 with several teeth 21 and a stationary wall 22 extending radially from the cutting edge 20. The bucket has a rear wall 23 movably mounted with the power of a forcing mechanism. The last one consists of t g 24, each of the KOTdtttix is connected to the rear wall of the bucket and with a clip made in the form of a chain 25. Chain 25 Basically not tensioned and moved by a roller 26 mounted on shaft 5. The device works in the following way . By rotating the wheels 16 on the shaft. 5 each t ha 24 comes in contact
