Description

Вопрос получени  вискозы с относительпо большим содержанием целлюлозы не нов, ему посв щён р д работ, но рационального способа не имеетс .The issue of obtaining viscose with a relatively high content of cellulose is not new, it is dedicated to a number of works, but there is no rational way.

The author of the present invention proposes to obtain viscose with a content of 9-10% cellulose from cellulose, mercerized using sodium sulphite, according to the next method. The alkali cellulose is crushed and allowed to mature at 20-21 ° for 24 hours. Next, the mass is treated at a temperature of 30-35 ° carbon disulfide, taken in an amount of 20-25% by weight of alphacellulose. Viscose is prepared from the xanthate thus obtained by conventional methods.

40%.According to currently accepted recipes for xanthate, 30-34% carbon disulfide is used based on the weight of alphacellulose; thus, the consumption of this product in the application of the proposed method is reduced by 40%.

П р и м е р. PRI me R. Sulfite cellulose is mercerized in accordance with the generally accepted technological regime, adding 20-25 g of sodium sulfite to one liter of solution to the alkali. Alkalicellulose is crushed and subjected to 24-hour maturation at a temperature of 20-21 °, then treated at 30-35 ° with carbon disulfide, taken in an amount of 20% of the weight of alphacellulose. The total xanthogenesis time, including loading and unloading, takes about three hours. A temperature of 30-35 ° during the process is created by passing warm water to the barant. From the xanthate thus obtained, viscose is obtained in the usual manner, containing 9-10% cellulose in solution. The resulting viscose has a viscosity of 40-50 seconds (from solvent) and a maturity of 7–9 for ammonium chloride.

The slightly reduced maturity of viscose requires a slightly different than usual composition of the precipitation bath. Method of Invention A method of producing viscose containing up to 9-10% cellulose using sodium sulfite during the mercerization of the original cellulose, characterized in that to reduce the content of carbon disulphide in viscose, the crushed alkali cellulose is left for maturity for about 24 hours at which point sulphadium, at a temperature of 30-35 °, 20-25% carbon disulphide based on the weight of alphacellulose and prepared from xanthate obtained in the usual viscose,
