Description

Стекло, выход щее нз стеклоплавильной печи 15, за счет потока, проиикающсто между электродами 2 и 3, нагреваетс  до температуры, котора  гарантирует быстрое расплавление окрашенной фрнтты, подаваемой дозирующим устройством 16. В зкость расплава настолько мала, что пузырн, возиикающие при расплавлении фритты, могут быть легко удалены, так как рассто ние между пузыр ми газа н свободной наружной поверхностью очень мало . В горизонтальном канале 4 и вертикальном канале 6 проводитс  гомогенизаци  стекла. Направление вращени  мешалки 7 выбрано таким образом, что ее диагональные лопасти 8 перемещают массу вверх, против направлени  течени  потока стекла, создава  услови  его полного перемешивани .
В каналах 6, 10, 11 стекло охлаждаетс  и поступает на вход подающего устройства 12.
Применение описанного устройства позвол ет даже тусклые краски, как например при окращивании сульфидом селепа п кадми , полностью гомогенизировать. С помощью этого устройства может быть изготовлено и опаловое стекло, как бесцветное , так и окрашенное.
Окрашивание в определенный момент небольшого количества стетсломассы позвол ет быстро производить смену цветов.
