Кренкие спиртные напитки типа конь ка готов т путем купал а этого спирта по общеприн той технологии. Предлагаемый способ позвол ет получать крепкие напитки типа конь ка. Формула изобретени  Способ производства напитков, нредусматривающий введение « конь чную барду сахарсодержащего раствора и чистой культуры дрожжей и сбраживание смеси, отличающийс  тем, что, с целью получени  крепких напитков типа конь ка, сбраживание смеси осуществл ют до содержани  в ней остаточного сахара 0,1-0,3%, после чего смесь выдерживают на дрожжах в течение 12-18 суток, нерегон ют с получением среднего погона дистилл та крепостью 62-70 об. % и купажируют его с купальными материалами.
