Изобретение относитс  к конструкци м эпектропизеров фипьтрпрессного типа, используемым дп  излучени  водорода и кислорода электролизом воды. Известен фильтрпрессный электролизер содержащий электроды, диафрагменные рамы, концевые плиты, ст нутые ст жными болтами в единый комплект. . По периферии электродов, в местах прилегани  их к рамам размещены герметизирующие прокладки , сжимаемые с заданным усилием при ст жке комплекта. Электролизер снабжен тензометром (измерителем усили  зат жки), нзмершощим величину механичес кого напр жени  в материале ст жного бо . В процессе эксплуатации, по мере ослаблени  сжимающего усипи , что фиксируетс  по показанию тензометра, производ т подт жку болтов. Недостатком такой конструкнии  вл етс  ее сложность, так как она требует использовани  специальных высокочувствительных устройств (тензометров). Кроме ТОГО, конструкци  неудобна в эксплуатации, так как подт жка болтов в процессе эксплуатации электролизера 5тл етс  трудной операцией, а в р де случаев вообще неосуществимой . Известен также электролизер, содержащий комплект электродов, концевые плиты, ст жные болты и упругие элементы 2. Упругие элементы выполнены в виде тарельчатых пружин и установлены на ст жных болтах. При уменьшении степени зат жки в процессе эксплуатации за счет температурных или других изменений пружины обеспечивают автоматическое поджатие комплекта электродов с прокладками до необходимой величины. Электролизер  вл етс  недостаточно надежным в работе. В процессе шссплуатации отмечаютс  случаи разрушени  тарельчатых пружин, что при уснлн х зат жки в несколько дес$ггков тонн выоьтает разлетание осколков и приводит к случа м травматизма.This invention relates to constructions of pump type press-type electropyzers used by radiation emitting hydrogen and oxygen by electrolysis of water. In addition to this, the design is inconvenient to operate, as the tightening of bolts during operation of the electrolyzer is difficult, and in some cases it is not feasible at all. Also known is an electrolyzer containing a set of electrodes, end plates, clamping bolts, and elastic elements 2. The elastic elements are made in the form of cup springs and mounted on clamping bolts. When reducing the degree of tightening during operation due to temperature or other changes in the spring, the electrode set with gaskets is automatically preloaded to the required value. The electrolyzer is not reliable enough in operation. In the process of exploitation, there are cases of the destruction of cup springs, which, with a delay of several tens of tons, causes fragments to fly out and lead to cases of injury.
