Description
The invention relates to the chemical industry, to the field of composite materials. A known composition is made of crushed wood with phenol formaldehyde binder resin l. A press arrangement is also known, containing crushed wood, fiberglass and phenol-formaldehyde resin 2. Materials from these presses have low heat resistance and water resistance. The aim of the invention is to increase heat resistance and water resistance. This is achieved by the fact that the press additionally contains carbon fiber and silicone resin in the following ratio of components, weight,%: Fiberglass 10-15 Carbon fiber 3-5 Phenol-formaldehyde resin 15-20 Silicon resin KM-9K7-10 Shredded wood. The crushed wood in the form of wastes from the woodworking industry with a moisture content of 10–12% with a particle length of 5–15 mm is impregnated with a mixture of 30% aqueous solution of phenolic resin SBS-1 and 40% aqueous solution of organic KM-9K resin. Glass fiber and carbon fiber with a length of 25-30 mm is also impregnated with the above mixture. The mixture of ingredients to obtain the samples are given in table. 1. Samples are pressed by the method of direct pressing at a pressure of 250-300 kg / cm, a temperature of 150 --- 200 ° C and a holding time under pressure at the rate of I min per 1 mm of thickness. Testing of physical and mechanical properties are made according to GOST 465168 for strength properties; 15139-69- density, - 4650- water resistance; 9551-60 - heat resistance according to Martens. The results are shown in Table. 2. From the above results it can be seen that the optimum. D: the properties of the proposed material are achieved for the compositions of compositions 1 and W.
