Description

This invention relates to a process for the production of potassium silicofluoride. A known method for the preparation of kremni floricofluoride from phosphate-containing solution by treating kremni neforipa with drips and separating the finished product from the mother liquor | Y. A disadvantage of the known method is the significant consumption of expensive and scarce salts of carbonate, nitrate or sulphate sulphate. The use of relatively cheap potassium chloride for precipitating silicon fluoride potassium cannot be used, since the presence of chlornone in acidic phosphorus-containing solutions is unacceptable because of the sharp increase in equipment corrosion. There is also known a method for producing potassium silicofluoride by treating sodium silicofluoride in an aqueous medium with a potassium salt and separating the finished product from the uterine fiacTBopa. The disadvantage of the known method is the low excess of stoichiometry of potassium chloride (up to 15%). The chain of the invention is to reduce the consumption of copium sapi. The supplied chain is achieved by the described method of obtaining silica drip drip, which consists in treating sodium silicofluoride in an aqueous medium, first with a solution of sodium and drip salts in an amount of 10 ~ 10% of stoichiometry, separating the sediment and further processing it with potassium taken in the amount of 14 ~ 9OO% of stoichiometry the remaining sodium silicofluoride and the subsequent separation of the finished product. The ratio of potassium to sodium in the mixture is 1: 1-12: 1. The proposed method makes it possible to reduce the consumption of potassium salt in an amount of 0.160 tons (in terms of potassium) per 1 ton of processed sodium cremefluoride. . Example 1. A 5O g of sodium silicofluoride with a content of the basic substance of 98% and
