The invention relates to devices for the volumetric processing of machine parts and devices in a loose abrasive environment using centrifugal forces, vibrations and the effect of friction of the loading medium of the device container on its inner surface. A device for vibratory treatment of products containing a non-movable cylindrical shell and a spring-loaded, with a vibrator, a truncated cone-shaped rotor l is known. The performance of this device depends on the relative speeds of the layers of the bulk loading mass. The mass receives movement from the rotate of the state rotor. Due to the conical shape of the rotor and the presence of a fixed shell, the mass is in a helical motion. The absolute speed of the mass in contact with the rotor depends on the coefficient of friction between these surfaces and does not change at constant rotor speed. A disadvantage of this device is that the presence of oscillations reduces the coefficient of friction, which causes a decrease in the absolute and relative speed of the loading layers. The increase in the relative velocities of the layers of mass loading by increasing the number of rotor revolutions is impossible, as the mass slips along the surface of the rotor-bowl. In order to intensify the processing by obtaining variable speeds inside the layers and vertical shearing of the loading areas, the rotor-bowl is made in the form of truncated cone sectors, some of which are not related to the vibrator. The rotor shaft of the bowl is made of two coaxially arranged shafts / with some sectors not connected with the vibrator rigidly connected to one short shaft, and another part of the sectors through a splined connection and spring connected to another shaft and connected to the vibrator. FIG. 1 shows a rotor from above; in fig. 2 is a section A-A in FIG. Parts 1 and 2 of the rotor-bowl mounted on the shaft 3; part 2 is stationary, and part 1 through an ishitsevogo connection 4 and the spring 5. The shaft 3 is supported on the bearing 6 and the drive is attached to its lower end (not shown in the figures). The inner surface of the tank is covered with an elastic, wear-resistant lining 7. A vibrator 8 is fixed on the mounting frame. Between parts 1 and 2 there is a seal U. The device works as follows. The mass of the load is loaded into the tank (not shown in the figures), the drive is turned on, and the Shaft 3 begins to rotate in the under-supports 6. Rotation through the fixed connection transfers part 2 of the rotor bowl and through the splined connection 4 of part 1. Spring 5 is adjusted so that Part 1 you are blunt over part 2, and the inner surface of the rotor-CS1SH is wavy. In the process of operation, the 8-hg vibrator bends part 1 down through an clamp connection for 4 s; given frequency. The surface becomes smooth. By changing the profile of the inner surface of the bowl rotor, a change in the mass adhesion of the load to the rotor with a given frequency is achieved, the speed of contact of the layer and the relative speeds of all other layers change. In addition, a vertical shift of the sections of the mass of loads occurs along the p sdial borders of the sectors; the pressure changes in contact with the reservoir of the loading layer. At the end of the treatment process, the charge mass is removed from the reservoir. Claim 1. A device for vibratory treatment of products containing a fixed shell and spring-loaded, equipped with a directional vibrator, a rotor-bowl, characterized in that, in order to intensify the process by obtaining variable speeds inside the layers and a vertical shift of sections of the loading mass, the rotor The bowl is made in the form of truncated cone sectors, some of which are not associated with a vibrator.
