Изобретение относитс к металлургии и предназначено дл улавливани и отвода технологических газов от дуговых электросталеплавипьных печей. Известно устройство дл отсоса газов от дуговой печи, содержащее подвижный коробчатый патрубок, размещенный над рабочим окном печи, и соединенный с ним газоотвод, причем в стенках патрубка выполнены отверсти и каналы дл подвода воздуха к ним ij. Известно также устройство дл отбора газов из рабочего пространства электростапеплавильных печей, содержащее заслонку , газоотвод щий патрубок, водоохпаждаемую арку с отверстием дл отсоса газов, котора также снижает количество подсасываемого воздуха из атмосферы цеха в печь 2. Однако известные устройства в основном обеспечивают улавливание и отвод газов из рабочего пространства печи только при закрытой заслонке рабочего окна, а при открытой заслонке эффективность отсоса газов резко снижаетс . В этом спу чае в газоотсасываюшее устройство устремл етс атмосферныйвоздух, так как аэродинамическое сопротивление участка от зоны образовани газов (рабочее пространство печи) до всасывающего отверсти гораздо больще, чем от всасывающего отверсти до атмосферы цеха. Целью изобретени вл етс устранение указанных недостатков и повыщение эффективности газоотсоса при любом положении заслонки рабочего окна. Поставленна цель достигаетс приближением зоны всасыван11 к зоне образовани газов и снижением за счет этого аэродинамического сопротивлени этого участка. Дл этого арка рабочего окна выполнена по всей щирине рабочего окна в виде патрубка, наклоненного в сторону рабочего пространства печи под углом 3545° . Угол наклона патрубка выбираетс из условий, чтобы ось патрубка проходила выше ложного порога рабочего окна, и составл ет от 35 до 45 к вертикали.The invention relates to metallurgy and is intended to capture and remove process gases from electric arc furnaces. However, the known devices mainly provide for the capture and removal of gases from the working space of the furnace only when the working window flap is closed, and when the valve is open, the efficiency of gas suction decreases sharply. In this way, atmospheric air rushes into the gas suction unit, since the aerodynamic resistance of the section from the gas formation zone (furnace working space) to the suction inlet is much greater than from the suction inlet to the shop atmosphere. The aim of the invention is to eliminate these disadvantages and increase the efficiency of the gas suction at any position of the working window flap. The goal is achieved by approaching the suction zone 11 to the zone of gas formation and by reducing the aerodynamic resistance of this area. For this, the arch of the working window is made across the entire width of the working window in the form of a nozzle inclined towards the working space of the furnace at an angle of 3545 °. The angle of inclination of the nozzle is chosen from the conditions that the axis of the nozzle passes above the false threshold of the working window, and ranges from 35 to 45 to the vertical.
