(54) PLASTIC HEAT EXCHANGER
5.FIELD OF THE INVENTION The invention relates to heat engineering, namely plate heat exchangers. Plate heat exchangers are known, containing a casing with collectors, a package arranged in it in the form of alternating sheets and corrugated plates, separator spacers located on opposite sides of the sheets, and inserts forming shelves for connecting the package to the collector (1 j. the reliability of the connection of the packages with the collectors due to the thickness variation and the large number of details forming these compounds. The purpose of the invention is to increase the reliability of the connection This is achieved by the fact that the inserts are made in the form of combs arranged in pairs along the edges of the package in mutually perpendicular planes, and the gaskets are made in the form of hollow cylinders, and the tooth of the combs is placed in their cavities. the proposed plate heat exchanger; Fig. 2 shows the relative position of the dies; Fig. 3 shows a package of plate lamellar exchangers without dies; Fig. 4 shows the junction of two dies located along the edge of the package in mutually perpendicular planes. The heat exchanger contains a casing I with collectors 2 and 3, placed in a package in the form of alternating sheets 4 and corrugated plates 5, separation spacers b located on opposite sides of the sheets 4, and inserts 7, forming shelves 8 for connecting the package with collectors 2 and 3. The inserts 7 are made in the form of combs arranged in pairs along the edges of the package in mutually perpendicular planes, and the gaskets 6 are made in the form of hollow cylinders and the teeth of the children are placed in their cavities. The sheets 4 and plates 5 form alternating channels 9 and 10 for heat exchanging media in communication with respective collectors 2 and 3. Heat exchanging media entering through the collectors 2 and 3 and passing through the channels 9 and 10 exchange heat through flat sheets 4. Heat exchange is intensified by plates 5.
The present invention improves the reliability of the heat exchanger due to the simultaneous sintering of all package elements and dies, which eliminates the medium media drains between the channels, as well as by connecting the collectors to the monolithic flanges of the dies.
