РАЬОТ Э чающа гипс, кварцевый песок и произво ные цеппюпозы, содержит дополнительно попифосфаты щелочных металлов и втори ные алкилсульфаты при следующем соотношении компонентов, вес. %: 77 - 97,79 Гипс Производные цел0 ,1 - 2,0 люлозы Полифосфаты ще0 ,1 - 0,8 лочных металлов 0,1 - 0,8 Вторичные алкил- сульфаты 0,01- 0,2 Кварцевый песок Остальное Строительную смесь дл отделочных работ приготавливает следующим образом Компоненты, вход щие в состав смес за исключением гипса, тщательно переме щивают и добавл ют в предварительно м 3 лотый гипс с удельной поверхностью 6ООО-80ОО . Смесь тщательно перемешивают до однородной массы и затвор ют в воде. В табл. 1 приведены граничные и оптимальньй составы предлагаемой смеси. В табл. 2 приведены физико-механические свойства составов. Из предлагаемой строительной смеси приготавливают щтукатурные растворы. В процессе ощтукатуривани растворами из предлагаемой смеси вы вились следующие преимущества: оштукатуренна поверхность не требует затирки, так как она гладко заглаживаетс при помощи стальной гладилки; лицевые поверхности не требуют шпаклевани при подготовке под окраску. The mixture is thoroughly mixed until uniform and shut off in water. In tab. 1 shows the boundary and optimal compositions of the proposed mixture. In tab. 2 shows the physico-mechanical properties of the compositions. From the proposed mortar prepare plaster solutions. In the process of palpation with solutions from the proposed mixture, the following advantages emerged: the plastered surface does not require grouting, as it is smoothed smoothly with a steel trowel; front surfaces do not require puttying when preparing for painting.
