  • Separation, Recovery Or Treatment Of Waste Materials Containing Plastics (AREA)

Description

Эти отходы содержат фенолы, ненредель ые углеводороды и другне содержащие кислород оргагшческие соединени .According to the invention, it is proposed to use alkaline waste from the purification of beisins obtained by the oxidative cracking of kerosene. This waste contains phenols, abnormal hydrocarbons and other organic compounds containing oxygen.

The resin obtained in the process of condensation of an alkaline waste with formalin in a composition with fillers, in particular with wood flour 1, can produce plastics of the phenol-formaldehyde type. These plastics can be obtained by any existing production methods.

Approximate formulation: alkaline waste-100 parts, formalin (30-37%) - 10-50 parts.

The mixture of non-enumerated KOMHOIICHTOB is heated at a temperature of 70-110 ° for 15-90 minutes depending on the amount of formalin. At the end of co-condensation, the resulting emulsion is displaced with a tree fly and treated on rollers at a temperature of 70-120 ° for 5-20 minutes. Gassa crushed on rollers is served in the form of a pressing powder for pressing parts. The pressing mode is the same as for powder K-18-2 of Carbolit plant (specific pressure 150-300 kg CM2 and temperature 110-165, depending on the product configuration, pressing time is -lac 30 minutes).

The plastic masses thus obtained do not require the consumption of phenol at all. The physicomechanical characteristics of them are close to those of phenol and formalin-based plastics and are expressed by the following values:

и/с.иimpact strength3–5 kg si / s

60-70heat resistance according to Martens 60-70

0,4-0,9%.water resistance in 24 hours 0.4–0.9%.

Pressing powder obtained from the use of oxidizing wastes; retinga can also be combined with phenol-formaldehyde or other pressing machines.
