Description
Устройство дл дуговой сварки угловых швов тавровых соединений содержит две сварочные горелки 1, которые располагают в процессе сварки симметрично по разные стороны от вертикальной стенки 2 таврового соединени закрытых трехслойных тавровых панелей. Кажда из горелок снабжена механизмом 3 смещени и настройки (изображен схематично), иредназначеииым дл регулировки положени электродов 4. Устройство снабжено сонлом дл подачи защитного газа и креплени устройства к вертикальной стенке таврового соединени , которое выполнено в виде двух открытых по диаметральной плоскости полуцилиндров 5. Полуцилиндры 5 выполнены из предварительно намагниченного магнитол сткого материала. Полуцилиндры 5 совместно с вертикальной стенкой 2 образуют каналы 6 дл подачи защитного газа в зону сварки.
