The invention relates to equipment for the production of mechanical assembly work, in particular for dismantling articles such as cylinder blocks.

A device for dismounting cylinder liners is known, comprising a housing and a power cylinder associated with the overhead beam as well as a lifting element mounted on the housing and clamps for attaching the device to the block 1 to be disassembled.

The known device provides for pressing only the sleeves after preliminary disassembling the block - removing its head and removing the pistons.

The aim of the invention is to provide the possibility of dismantling the sleeve assembly with the head, gears and connecting rods.

This goal is achieved due to the fact that the proposed device is equipped with a movable frame connected to the power cylinder rod, vypressovy element in the form of a series of rigidly connected with the movable frame of the pushers with longitudinal slots for rods, and the body connected to the crosshead rigidly.

FIG. 1 shows the proposed device, a general view, together with a dismountable cylinder block; in fig. 2 given a bottom view on the end face of the ejector.

The device for dismounting the sleeves of the cylinder blocks has a housing 1 with openings 2 for fastening to the block. The housing is rigidly connected to the crossmember 3 with the aid of, and the columns 4. On the cross arm there are eyebolts 5 for lifting the device. The hydraulic cylinder 6 connects the movable frame 7 with the crossmember 3. To the middle part of the frame 7 there is attached a vypressovy element in the form of a series of rods 8 with ejector 9, each of which is a hollow cylinder with two flat parallel walls and a slot 10 (Fig 2). The rods 8 are guided through sleeves 11.

The device, when pressed out, is fastened with the help of clamps in the form of pins 12 and folding stoppers 13 to the cylinder block 14 with sleeves 15 assembled with pistons 16, connecting rods 17 and block head 18. On block 14 there are openings 19 that serve as landing sockets for main bearings, the outermost of these holes are used to fasten the device to the unit.

Claims (1)

To base the device before attaching it to the block 14, the housing 1 has pins that go into the holes of the block (conventionally not shown in the drawings). The device works as follows. Before installing the device on the block, firewood connecting rods 17 are retracted to the wall of the block under the slots 10 of the ejectors 9. Next, using a crane on the bolts 5 of the cross bar 3, the device is removed and installed on the cylinder block 14 so that the hinges on the device body go into the corresponding holes of the block. The fingers 12 are inserted into the extreme slots 19 for the cylinder block main bearings and their corresponding openings 2 in the device case 1 and fixed by folding stoppers 13. When the working fluid is fed into the axless cavity of the power hydraulic cylinder 6, the sliding frame 7 moves down along with it. ejector rods 8 9.
