15, designated for moving the electric rod. In the middle part of the guide 11 there is a movable plate 16 with an electrode holder made in the form of a shaped cup 17 with a flange 18 placed in it with a spherical surface. A conical shank of the tubular electrode 19 is fixed inside the flange 18. A nut 20 is provided between them. On the glass 1 7, the upper sleeve 23 of the telescopic casing, which consists of a series of sleeves 23-29 inserted one into another, is fixed through the insulating sleeve 21 of the nut 22. The tightness between the sleeves is provided with ground-in fluoroplastic bushings. To limit the mutual axial movement of the sleeves, they are made with shoulders at their upper ends and are provided with removable stop rings at the lower ends. The lower sleeve 29 is flanged by its clamping cap 8 and connected to the guide sleeve b of the conductor. The glass 17 of the electrode holder is electrically isolated from the movable plate 16 by the sleeve 30, and a conductor is attached to the ring 31 mounted on the glass 17. The rotation of the electric motor 13 through the gearbox 14 is transmitted to the screw gear 15, which moves in the direction of the plate 11 16, the carrier electrode. At the same time, through the hole in the electrode-tool 19, electrolyte is supplied to the treatment area and the device’s power source is turned on by electric current, and negative power is applied to ring 31, and positive to the workpiece
В 23 Р 1/04, 1971.2. As the electrode-tool 19 is injected into the workpiece, 2 sleeves 23-29 are inserted into one another. Through the gap between the electrode tool and the workpiece hole of part 2, cavity A of plate 4 and through-hole return A1, the electrolyte enters the choke 9, we obtain the necessary electrolyte backwater in the treatment area. The meter 10 controls the amount of backwater. The electrolyte in the telesket casing absorbs oscillations of the electrode tool, which greatly improves the processing accuracy, especially when drilling deep holes of small diameter. The electrolyte leaks from the telescopic housing accumulate in the recess of the conductor housing 3 and are removed through the opening $ into the circulation system. This device increases productivity in the processing of deep holes, and also provides processing of large parts with easier maintenance. Apparatus for electrochemical machining of body parts, in the case of which an electrode-tool is located on an electrode holder in a telescopic case, characterized in that, in order to obtain deaf small holes of small diameter, the telescopic case is made with a conductor equipped with a guide element for an electrode-tool and a system of channels for removal of electrolyte from the treatment area.
