(54) PODINA WAGRANKS
The invention relates to the field of foundry and can be used in the lining of the bottom of the cupola of medium and large diameter with multi-day operation, i.e. for the most severe conditions of the bottom. A known bottom of the cupola is made of two layers of a molding mixture and an intermediate layer, and a burned earth layer is used as an intermediate layer material to reduce the sintering of the bottom 1. However, for cupolas with a 24-hour operation, the intermediate layer from the burned ground is not sufficient to prevent the bottom from sintering. The purpose of the invention is to reduce the baking capacity of the hearth under the conditions of a multi-hour operation of the cupola. The goal is achieved by using cupola dust as the material of the intermediate layer, and a layer of refractory brick is made under the lower layer of the molding mixture, with the thickness of each layer of the total thickness of the bottom,%: Forming mixture-15 Fennel 30-40 mix 25-30 Refractory brick The rest of the bottom lining is carried out as follows. On the bottom, the cupola is placed tightly in one or two rows of fire-resistant bricks (for example, fireclay) on a die or edge so that the gaps between the bricks do not exceed 2-5 mm. Then a layer of fresh molding sand is poured onto the brick layer and densely tamped. Next, fill the cupola dust layer, which is slightly compacted. It is advisable to slightly dampen the flue dust before use to reduce dust emission. The broom dust makes the bottom slope towards the discharge tap. Then follows a layer of fresh sand, which must be tightly compacted. For a cupola with a diameter of 1200 mm, the following layer ratio, ° / o, is recommended: Refractory brick25 Fresh molding mixture25 Fibrous dust35 Fresh molding mixture15 The application of the proposed technical solution provides good thermal insulation properties of the bottom, eliminates the possibility of sintering it in a solid monolith during multi-hour operation of the cupola, reliably protects the hearth from erosion by the metal and ensures its spontaneous falling out when opening the bottom at the moment of knocking out the cupola.
