Description
A known rubber mixture based on unsaturated rubbers, comprising sulfur and a sulfur-containing accelerator, for example, the class of tiazals or sulfenamides 1. However, the rubber from such a mixture is characterized by poor heat aging resistance. In the case of using as a: a sulfur-containing accelerator in a known mixture of thiuram l, heat-resistant rubber is obtained, but with low efficiency. The purpose of the invention is to increase the resistance to thermal aging of rubber. The goal is achieved by using 1,2-dithiacyclopentene of the general formula (RR) / S C-i as accelerator where I is methyl, phenyl, - SCHj or - SC; jHj with the ratio of components (in weight parts); Rubber 100 Sulfur 0.1-3 Vulcanization accelerator of formula IO, 5-4 Example. Prepare rubber mixtures according to the recipes listed in Table. 1-3. In tab. 1 shows the conditions for the preparation of rubbers (vulcanizates) and their properties, the accelerator in which formula I is used with the following value 1 K -CH, W 2R - J 3 s; (4 p., H5. Rubber indicators based on natural rubber smoked-sheets are investigated. Recipe (in weight parts): rubber 100, zinc oxide 6.5, the amount of sulfur is shown in the table. From tab. 1 shows the advantage of the proposed rubber mixture over the well-known {with captax) - greater temperature resistance and better aging resistance. Similar conclusions follow from Table 2, where a mixture with a santochure is taken as a prototype. It is known, however, that the best heat resistance
Therefore, in table. 3 shows the comparative data of rubber containing thiuram. In this case, the advantages of the proposed rubber mixture are also visible: increased heat resistance and a better dynamic rubber drainage from it.
Thus, in terms of the combination of properties, the proposed accelerator provides rubber of better quality compared to the quality of rubber with known accelerators.
