Description
(54) VOLCANIZUE1-1AI RUBBER MIXTURE
The invention relates to rubber industry, in particular to the development of a vulcanizable rubber compound based on butadiene nitrile rubber - SKN, for example, for the production of heat-resistant rubbers. Known vulcanizable rubber mixture based on SKN, including polyvinyl chloride - lIXBj triztanolamine, sodium sebacate in the ratio, masoCH, I00: 5i5: 7 1. However, rubber from a known mixture have insufficient heat resistance. The goal of the invention is to improve the heat resistance of rubbers while maintaining their high ozone resistance. The goal is achieved by the fact that a SKN-based rubber compound is vulcanizable, including IVR; additionally contains polyvinyl alcohol (willow) with a ratio of components, wt.h .: Rubber 100, 11 olivinsch chloride 10-30 Polyvinyl alcohol 0.2-2-5 Production of mixtures is carried out as follows. Polyvinyl chloride is mixed with butadiene-nitrile rubber, then polyvinyl alcohol is added to the mixture, and then the remaining ingredients. The manufacture of mixtures is carried out in the usual manner. Samples were cured in a press. Examples of mixtures prepared on the basis of the following components, m.ch .: SKN-18-100, carbon black DG-100-50, zinc oxide - 5, stearin - 1.5, captax - 1.5, sulfur - 2.0, different content of polyvinyl chloride and polyvinyl alcohol are given in table. 1. In table. 2 shows the comparative properties of rubbers on the basis of the proposed mixtures (1-5) and on the basis of limestone mixture with the content:
5 wt.% Triethylamine and 7 wt.% Sebacina.
Given in Table. Figure 2 illustrates the effect of various dosages (minimum, maximum, and average) of the supplements administered on rubber performance.

2 it follows that the rubber from the proposed composition as compared with rubber of a known composition has the best physicomechanical indicators, the best resistance to thermal aging at a temperature above and equal ozone resistance.
