Description

The method relates to the field of rolling mechanisms, for example, an internal combustion engine, with the aim of running in the mating parts after assembly during manufacture or repair. Known methods of running-in mechanism by running in on the stand with a gradual increase in load. In this case, the load increases, either stepped, after a certain period of time, or smoothly according to a given law. However, during such a run-in, a change in the quality of the friction surfaces of the mating parts (a decrease in the roughness value, an increase in the micro-hole of the rest ", etc.) is not optimal, and the mechanism should be rolled in for a long time to obtain the required surface parameters. As a result of theoretical and experimental studies, it was found that the rolling in of the mechanism with a gradual increase in the load according to the oscillatory law makes it possible to optimize the process of machining the scuffed surfaces of the mechanical parts, improve the quality of the running-in surfaces and reduce the time required for drying the running-in process. Pa figs. Figure 1 shows a diagram of the loading of the mechanism according to the oscillatory law with a smooth increase and its average use by increasing the amplitude of the oscillations; in fig. 2 is a graph of the loading mechanism according to the oscillatory law with a gradually increasing average load and a constant amplitude of oscillations. Pa figs. 1 and 2, the following definitions are accepted: Lo is the load of the mechanism at the beginning of the run-in, N is the nominal load of the mechanism, tn is the stop time of the run-in. The optimal run-in process is achieved by loading the mechanism at the beginning of the run-in with a load value of the order of 20-30% of the nominal value, followed by its increase due to an increase in the oscillation amplitude (Fig. 1). In order to simplify the imitation load device of the stand without a significant deterioration in the quality of running-in of rubbing surfaces and an increase in the running-in time, it is possible to apply the loading law with a constant amplitude of oscillations and a smooth increase in the average load.h (Fig. 2). Using this method will reduce the running time, and hence the complexity of work by 25-30% and significantly increase the service life of the mechanism for operation.
