Description

лов 5 во врем  лить  держат свободным с помощью сердечников.
В корпусе пресса (см. фиг. 3) каналы дл  теплоносител  образуют пазами 7 во втулке 3. Место дл  каналов и здесь держат свободным посредством сердечников.
Каналы дл  нагревательной и охлаждающей среды не об зательно могут проходить в направлении продольной оси экструдера. Их располагают так, как  вл етс  целесообразным в отдельном случае.
Если установленные втулки после определенного срока эксплуатации изношены или повреждены , их можно без затруднени  заменить . Внутреннюю втулку 3 выталкивают из участка корпуса с помощью пресса. Так как примен емые дл  заливки материалы имеют значительно меньшую прочность на срез, чем материал корпуса, это осуществл етс  относительно легко. В том случае, если дл  заливки примен ют баббитовый сплав, можно удалить гильзу 3 просто с помощью нагрева материала
заливки. После удалени  возможных остатков материала заливки вставл ют новую втулку из износоустойчивого материала и снова, как описано выше, заливают зазор 4.

Claims (3)

1.Корпус многощнекового пресса, содержащий установленные в его расточках сменные втулки, отличающийс  тем, что, с целью уменьшени  трудоемкости изготовлени  и замены втулок, последние установлены в расточках с зазором, заполненным материалом, точка плавлени  которого ниже точек плавлени  материалов втулок и корпуса.
2.Корпус по п. 1, отличающийс  тем, что в размещенном в зазоре материале выполнены каналы дл  протока теплоносител .
3.Корпус по пп. 1 и 2, отличающийс  тем, что на наружных образующих поверхност х втулок выполнены каналы дл  протокз теплоносител .
