Description
(54) METHOD OF OBTAINING A FIBRID MASS The coolant serves as a coolant, as well as a spxdol. The temperature in the mixing zone of the body was C. As a result of processing in such conditions, the initial solution of polyethylene is removed from the outlet of the mill in the form of a pulp saturated with solvent. The mass is collected on a grid, which partially separates it from the liquid components, after which the mass is subjected to further treatment of sour. further processing and refining. The pulp is crushed into isopropane until a homogeneous fiber suspension is obtained. The suspension is filtered, re-dispersed in fresh alcohol and again subjected to grinding in the mixer. The resulting pulp is used to make sheets of paper on a sheet mill. In order to obtain paper sheets, the pulp in the form of a suspension is fed to a sheet, in which the conditions and the properties of the fibrous swarm are obtained using a sheet using known techniques used in papermaking. Some of the mechanical characteristics of the crustaceans obtained from the fibrils obtained in this example are shown in the table, Example 2. Fiber ends are prepared and refined in the same way as in Example 1, and from these fibrils get sheets of paper in a manner similar to described in example 1, but the cooling fluid entering the cavity of a hammer mill has the same temperature as the temperature in the cavity or chamber of the mill, namely 5 ° C. The characteristics of sheets made of fiber obtained in this example are presented : the table below, P p and measure 3. Fiber ends are obtained and refined analogously to example 1, paper is prepared from these fibers in a manner identical to example 1, but the temperature in the zone of displacement of the polymer solution with a cooling fluid is maintained. C. The mechanical properties of the obtained sheets are given in the table. Sheets Table
