Description

В авторском свидетельстве № 44649 описано улавливающее приспособление с клиновыми зажимами дл подъемных тележек доменных печей; в этом приспособлении, с целью смещени клиньев зажима при обрыве т гового каната и прижати клиньев к головке рельса дл каждых двух клиньев зажима применена шарнирно соединенна с ними развилина. По сторонам скиповой коробки А, над рельсами прикреплены корпусы 1 зажимного механизма с помещенными в них зажимными клинь ми 2, св занными с развилинами 3, шарнирно соединенными с клиновыми поводками 4, описанными в основном авторском свидетельстве № 44649. Развилины 3 и поводки 4 св заны с подпружиненными стержн ми 6, которые удерживают их при нормальной работе скипа в приподн том положении при помощи подпружиненной чеки 7, вход щей в отверстие стержн 6 и св занной с рычагом 8. При обрыве т гового каната 11 дуга 9 скиповой коробки под действием собственного веса и пружины 10 падает и нажимает на рычаг 5, который выдвигает чеку 7 из отверсти стержн 6 и тем освобождает последний.
