(54) MACHINE FOR BENDING PROFILE

Pattern 2, receiving rotation from the electric motor through the transmission, draws the profile into the gap between it and the rollers 11, thus bending the profile along the pattern profile. The sliders 6, rotating together with the template 2, when the roller 7 interacts with the groove walls of the cam 5, periodically move to the periphery of the template 2, occupying the position shown in FIG. 1 and 3. This position corresponds to the punching position, at which the cam 10, interacting with the next slider box 9, moves the latter to the die for punching a hole in the profile shelf.

Upon further rotation of the table 1, the slider 6 moves in the direction of the axis of rotation, the punch moves off the cam 10 and returns to its original position by the action of the spring. Next, the next slider takes the punching position.

Claims (2)

Invention Formula Bending machine profile, placed between the template, rigidly fixed on rotary drive table and clamping body, characterized in that, in order to obtain bent perforated profiles, the machine is equipped with a punching unit made in the form of sliders mounted for movement along the table radii and carrying pairwise interacting punching tools, of which is rigidly connected with the pattern and made interacting with the sliders as they move along the radii of the table, and the other is fixed on the table of the machine, made interacting with one of the tools to each couple and telling him moving in a direction parallel to the axis of the table.
