Известен секатор, включающий шарнирно соединенную нару рычагов в виде ножниц, между руко тками которых установлена вита пола раснорна пружина, и фиксатор сведенного положени рычагов 1. Однако отпирать и запирать фиксатор такого инструмента работающий должен обеими руками. Не исключена возможность самопроизвольного запирани фиксатора. Цель изобретени - обеспечить отпиранпе и занира1ие фиксатора одной рукой, т. е. повысить удобство при работе секатором. Это достигаетс тем, что фиксатор выполнен в виде шариирно закрепленной на одном из рычагов подпружиненной пластины с упором, взаимодействующим с уступом, расположенным на втором рычаге. Внутри распорной пружины па одном из рычагов установлен упор, а на другом - упругий элемент, например , из резины, взаимодействующие друг с другом при сведении руко ток рычагов.
