(54) METHOD OF GETTING STEEL
This invention relates to ferrous metallurgy, in particular to the deoxidation and alloying of steel in a ladle. In the production of alloyed steels with an additive of a large amount of manganese, silicon and zirconium alloys in the ladle (up to 3-4% of the weight of the liquid metal) does not ensure uniform distribution of elements in the volume of the liquid metal and a high degree of zirconium flj occurs. The use of steel alloying methods in furnaces and the use of more low-melting alloys are economically unprofitable to a 31-1a dramatic increase in the cost of alloying, caused by a high degree of fatigue of elements in the furnace and a complex composition of alloying alloys. There is a known method for producing steel, including smelting it in a metallurgical unit, pouring it into a ladle with slag. After draining, the steel is sanded, doped, and poured over a steel pouring cup 110–120 mm in diameter into the second ladle. Ferro rosilicium is loaded into the second bucket beforehand or during the overflow process. After the entire metal overflows, the spent synthetic or kiln slag is drained into the second kzzsh 2. However, the known method lacks the chemical composition of the metal due to the low overflow rate of the steel from the first bucket to the second and the acceleration of the element with a high rasklitslitelnoy Add it to the first bucket. The purpose of the invention is to obtain a uniform distribution of the sculpturing elements in the metal and to reduce the loss of elements with a high deoxidizing capacity. This is achieved by the fact that after the release, the metal from the first bucket through the steel-release hole is poured into another bucket with a speed of 10–50 t / min 1, the furnace slag compartment, and in the stream:. metal is injected with zirconium of 1–6 kg / t in the form of an alloy with a fraction of 5–30 mm, and after completion of the overflow, the metal mirror is covered with a slag mixture of 3–6 kg / t of steel. The proposed method is based on the fact that with an increase in the overflow rate, the cut
