Description
The invention relates to the plastics industry, in particular to a method for producing electrically insulating plastic. A known method of producing a laminate by impregnating a fabric (cotton) with an aqueous solution of foiolformal dogid resin, drying, stacking impregnated fabric in several layers according to the same method, has a low WATER RESISTANCE 1, m low. electrical insulating CBOiiCTBa. The purpose of the invention is to improve the water resistance and electrical insulating properties of plastic, while maintaining its strength. The goal is achieved by using viscose fabric, which before spilling with resin is treated with 5-20% latex of butadiene nitrile rubber and dried to a moisture content of 0.5-30%. T e and er .. Viscose fabric of the TV-80 brand arr) is abated at a temperature of 40-50 ° C with an aqueous solution of butadiene nitrile rubber latex (SKN-2v), dried at a temperature of 70-f90 C to a moisture content not exceeding 3% for example, 0.530%, then impregnated with a water-soluble rezol-type phenolic resin. Drying the tissue with a resin; after impregnation with a resin, upi is carried out (optical conditions until reaching a volatile product of 0.7-0.9% of extractable 30 -; - 45%. To obtain a laminated plastic plate, a bag of impregnated and dried cloth is pressed, pressed at a temperature of 155 ° C and a specific pressure of 130 kgf / cm. The table shows the physical and mechanical properties of the first plastic layer obtained by the proposed method in comparison with textolite indicators.
