Description
Methods are known for making the insulation of windings of electrical machines, which consist of laying insulating tapes of current-carrying parts (consisting of elementary insulated conductors bonded to each other) of insulating tapes, pre-drying the windings, impregnating under vacuum using thermosetting pressure and holding the windings in the impregnating composition before gelling or curing the impregnating compound in insulation. In this case, substances that accelerate the process of polymerization of the impregnating composition are introduced into the tape. Most often, such winding manufacturing methods use tapes of mica paper or mica with substrates of fibrous materials, for example, various types of paper, glass and synthetic fabrics, as well as perforated synthetic films. Mica on paper or mica must be bonded to substrates, which is achieved by gluing with various impregnating and bonding compositions. The gluing of the substrate to the mica material is carried out not over the entire surface of their conformation, but only in certain areas located in the area randomly or in a certain order.
The proposed method allows an increase of 30 insulation. This is achieved by the fact that
используют ленту с содержанием подклеивающего состава 10-30 г на 1 м площади подложки и площадью склейки 30-70%, пропитку обмотки производ т при температуре, приusing a tape with a content of an adhesive composition of 10-30 g per 1 m of the substrate area and a gluing area of 30-70%, the winding is impregnated at a temperature at

Thus, in spite of an increase in the number of gluing sticks, leading to a slight decrease in the permeability of the tapes in a direction perpendicular to their plane,
The permeability of the tape laid on the winding in the direction along the layers increases significantly.
When using tapes with two substrates, the content of the adhesive composition is
Пробивноеbe at least 20-25 g per 1 m of material area (or 15-20% of the total weight of the material). When using one substrate, the amount of the compound; 1 of the composition is reduced accordingly (10-13 g / m). Punch
The voltage of the finished insulation is about 28–32 kV / mm, while the insulation made by a known method is 20–28 kV / mm. In the manufacture of the tape, the glueing material must have sufficient viscosity and not too small a wetting angle with respect to the mica material and underlaying. At the same time, the glueing material must be in a solid state under normal conditions of storing the tape and applying it to the winding. A composition based on a high molecular weight epoxy resin with an acidic polyester in an amount of 10-15% and a hardening accelerator - a VGz complex in an amount of 0.1-0.5% is used as an adhesive composition. This composition retains its thermoplasticity at the stages of insulation treatment prior to its final curing. In this case, the temperature mode of processing the insulation in the impregnating autoclave is chosen such that the transition of the gluing composition to the liquid state and the combination of the gluing and impregnating compositions take place not earlier than the complete impregnation of the winding. Since the initially created hydrostatic pressure of the impregnating compound on the winding is preserved, after complete impregnation of the winding, its compaction occurs. The combination of impregnating and gluing compositions can be achieved in various ways. For example, the temperature of the impregnating composition can be chosen such that the rate of dissolution of the adhesive composition in the impregnating material is relatively low, so that the completion of the complete impregnation of the winding is achieved by dissolving the adhesive composition. In addition, it is also possible to conduct a vacuum-pressure impregnation of the winding at a temperature significantly lower than the melting point of the adhesive composition, and after the completion of the complete impregnation of the winding, heat the winding (either with the compound or by passing an electric current through the winding) to a temperature exceeding melting the glueing and impregnating compositions. Next, the windings are autoclaved before gelling or curing of the binder in isolation. Example. To insulate the windings, a glass-pitched tape is taken with two fiberglass substrates glued to mica paper with high-molecular resin, with a bonding area of at least 70% and a resin content of 20-25 g per 1 m. A suitable amount of layers of said tape is applied to the winding and produced drying the product in a thermostat to remove moisture from the insulation. Then, the insulation of the windings is evacuated, in an impregnating autoclave and iroitated with an epoxy compound under vacuum and pressure. The impregnating compound consists of an epoxy resin of the type ED-5H and isomethyltetrahydrophthalic anhydride, taken in a weight ratio of 100: (80-100), with an excess amount of hardener enough to cure the resin used for pasting the tape. The temperature of the winding during the impregnation and the impregnating compound is 40 ° C, the impregnation time is 2-3 hours. During this time, the impregnation compound completely impregnates the insulation, dissolves the glueing agent, compacts the insulation, and at the expense of the accelerator present in the tape, gells or acquires increased viscosity. After impregnation, the winding is removed from the impregnation autoclave and heat treated in a thermostat at 120-150 ° C. The subject of the invention is a method of making insulation of windings of electrical machines, including applying impregnating tapes of mica material and fibrous substrates to the conductors, which are glued together in separate areas spreading over the surface of the tape with an adhesive composition, for example, based on high molecular weight epoxy resin, impregnating the thermosetting windings an epoxy composition under vacuum and pressure m followed by curing, characterized in that, in order to improve the quality of the insulation, a tape with soda is used Neighboring composition of 10-30 g per 1 m of substrate area and bonding area of 30-70% is neighing, the winding is applied at a temperature at which the bonding composition becomes liquid for the time required for complete winding impregnation, and is kept in autoclave, at least until the impregnating and gluing compositions are combined.
