Description
The devices for sketching the preparations examined in a microscope usually consist of a special eyepiece for a microscope or a nozzle for an eyepiece with a prism or a mirror.
The proposed adaptation is based on combining the image plane of the preparation with the image plane of the paper for drawing the preparation, achieved by including an additional two-convex lens in the condenser.
The conditions for working with the device are as follows:
1)рисование объектов возможно лищь в проход щем свете;1) drawing objects is possible in passing light;
его использование возможно с объективами слабого увеличени при условии комбинировани силы увеличени за счет окул ра .2) the device does not allow the use of immersion and pre-immersion lenses, i.e., it can be used with lenses of a low magnification provided that the magnification force is combined at the expense of the ocular.
The mechanism of the proposed device is as follows (see drawing). By shortening the focus of the condenser by selecting the appropriate lenses (two-convex), it is thus possible to combine in one plane the object and the image of the surrounding objects, which feeds a flat illuminating mirror of the microscope, for example, an image of drawing paper placed on the table, but
етании зеркал вполне отчетливо возможно обводить детали рассматриваемого объекта на бумаге .The resulting image of the paper will be in this position reversed and therefore inconvenient for the paper with a pencil visible from it. For this purpose, a movable flat mirror is placed on the rack — an ld with a microscope. With such a mirroring of the mirrors, it is quite possible to trace the details of the object in question on paper.
Thus, the image of the paper / is perceived by a flat mirror 2 placed on the plate 5; from the flat mirror 2, a paper image is transferred to the microscope flat mirror 3. Next, the paper plane image is fed by the microscope illumination mirror to the condenser with an additional two-convex lens 4 inserted in it, the image plane of which coincides with the image plane of the object. Thus, the eye receives an image of the object in question, superimposed on the image of the paper. The image of the object is freely drawn on paper, as the end of the pencil is visible in the microscope well.
In addition, such a device is convenient for explaining the object in question in a microscope by indicating parts or structure
объекта карандашом (разумеетс , не на объекте, а на бумаге).object in pencil (of course, not on the object, but on paper).
На ней следует начертить жирной чертой круг, дл того, чтобы правильно совмещать наклон плоскости бумаги с плоскостью нзобрал ени , что легко удаетс совмещением круга на бумаге и круга пол зрени в микроскопе .It should draw a circle with a bold line in order to correctly align the inclination of the paper plane with the gathering plane, which is easily accomplished by combining the circle on paper and the field of view in the microscope.
To use this device in practice, you must have a set of two-convex lenses in accordance with the condensers of various microscope systems, and a flat mirror on a tripod that allows you to rotate the mirror in all planes.
This device is convenient for entomologists who use insect preparations that are considered at small magnifications.
