Description

When pasting chess boxes with knife plywood, a lot of manual work is required to fit individual Plywood Plates. In addition, it is very difficult to obtain a geometrically correct arrangement of individual squares.

The proposed machine is designed to increase labor productivity when performing work on the sticker on the Chess Plywood drawers and in it, according to the invention, two boxes are used, equipped with cells that correspond to the shapes of plywood stickers on the drawer and are stores for these stickers.

At the same time, these cells serve as guides for punches that exert pressure on the stickers in order to press them and stick them to the box below them on the moving plate.

The height of the glued boxes may vary within certain limits, in view of which between the drains 12 a movable plate 9 is placed, able to move up and down with the help of eccentrics on the shaft 10.

To release the bottom box / for putting plywood stickers into it, the top box 2 is raised by a certain amount with the help of eccentrics 2, sitting on one finger 19 with wheels 20 and supporting the ends of box 2, passed into the notches of the struts 12. The eccentrics are rotated using levers 39 and fingers 42.

Shaft 44 (Fig. 1) is located on the crossbar 8 in bearings, which is driven by the handle with the help of a pair of bevel gears 34. A disk 36 is placed on the axis of the handle; mi, with each division of the disk 55 corresponds to the thickness of one plywood sticker. A pointer 40 is located next to the disc 36. The work on this machine is as follows.
