Description
50. Known enamel, including biO2, VGOZ, NaaO, NigOs, COGOz, CaO, ZrOj, BaO, liOa, MpO2, has a high firing temperature, low adhesive strength and is prone to the formation of a fish scale defect. The purpose of the invention is to eliminate these disadvantages. This is achieved by the fact that the enamel contains these components in the following amounts, wt. %: Liu35-45 ALOz2-8 VgOz-22 INaaU16-24 N12030.1-2 So20z0.1-0.5 CaO2-12 ZrOa1 - 12 BaO1-8 Ii020.5-5 MnO21-6 and additionally contains 2.5- 10 Сар2 0.1-0.8 MgO For the preparation of the charge, quartz sand, kaolin, borax, sodium nitrate, oxides of nickel, fluoride, chalk, cobalt, zircon concentrate, magnesium oxide, barium carbonate, titanium dioxide and cryolite of cryolite are used. The displacement of the charge is carried out in mixers of various designs. Melting of soil enamel and production in electric or gas furnaces of various designs. The temperature in the working space of the furnace during the melting process is maintained within 1150-IBOO C, the holding time of the enamel at the specified temperature is 120-220 minutes. Enamel granulation is carried out using a wet or dry method, grinding and preparing a slip according to conventional technology.
