Description
Изобретение относитс к области вулканизации бутадиеннитрильных каучуков. В качестве ускорителей вулканизации бутадиеннитрильных каучуков широко используют сульфенамиды, тиазолы и дисульфиды. Существенный недостаток вышеперечисленных классов соединений заключаетс в том, что технологический процесс их получени предусматривает использование такого токсичного и огнеопасного материала, как сероуглерод. Целью изобретени вл етс расширение ассортимента эффективных ускорителей вулHjd-x 9 8 канизации, синтез которых осуществл етс способом, исключающим применение токсичных веществ, улучшение физико-механических свойств вулканизатов и сокращение оптимального времени вулканизации. Дл этого Предложено использовать в качестве ускорител серной вулканизации резин на основе бутадиеннитрильных каучуков 1,3,6,8-тетраазатрицикло - 4,4,1,18 - додекан тетраметилеидиэтилендиамин один или в сочетании с каптаксом в количестве 0,8- 1,4 вес. ч. на 100 вес. ч. каучука. t-CH2 f-CH2This invention relates to the field of vulcanization of butadiene nitrile rubbers.
