Description
В 2/The invention relates to the rubber industry, in particular to the development of a vulcanizable rubber mixture based on chain-chain rubber. A vulcanizable rubber mixture based on chain-chain rubber, such as nairit-II, is known, which includes an imidazoline derivative, in particular 2-mercaptoimidazoline (NA-22), as a curing scorcher. The rubber mixture with a known accelerator is characterized by unsatisfactory resistance to scorching, which complicates the process of its processing 1. In addition, rubber from such a mixture has low physicomechanical properties. physical and mechanical properties of rubber from the mixture. This goal is achieved by using as a vulcanization accelerator a rubber mixture of an imidazoline derivative selected from the group M, CT-bis- (2-methylpiperidinomethyl) - imidazolin-2-thione; M, N-bis-25 (decahydroquinolinomethyl) - imidazolin-2-thion in the amount of 0.5-1.0 weight. hours per 100 weight. rubber h. As a rubber vulcanization accelerator, 2-mer-30 toimidazoline derivatives (L, L-bis-substituted imioline-2-thione) of the general formula xV is used. CH, R is the residue of the general formula R-methyl, ethyl; R is hydrogen, methyl; , 2. As an example, use the following dinen. , M-bis- (2-methylpiperidinomethyl) - imidaIN-2-TION (UVS-5) N-CH. - I, C /. AT 2/
с температурой плавлени 78-79°С.with a melting point of 78-79 ° C.
M, M-bis- (decahydrohipolinomethyl) - imidazoline-2-TRUN (UVS-3)
с температурой плавлени 126-128°С.with a melting point of 126-128 ° C.
These compounds are colorless, crystalline, resistant to storage, soluble in many organic solvents.
1-4.Efficacy vulcanizing effect of the compounds was compared by a vulcanization activity of 2-mercaptoimidazoline (NA-22) in the non-filled rubber mixtures based on various rubbers, natural, nolihloroprenovogo, divinyl, acrylonitrile and ethylene-propylene (grade respectively NC, Nairit-P, SKD, NBR, EPDM ). The composition of rubber compounds and the main physico-mechanical properties of vulcanizates are given in table. 1-4.

As can be seen from the table. 2 and 4, the introduction of the UVS-5 and UVS-3 accelerators into rubber mixtures based on the rubbers under investigation causes an increased resistance to scorch in comparison with mixtures containing 2-mercantoimidazoline (NA-22). Physicomechanical properties are also significantly higher in vulcanizates with the proposed accelerators.
When determining the optimal dosages of accelerators, it was established that when using the accelerator UVS-5 in an amount of from 0.5 to 1.0 weight. hours per 100 weight. including rubber, vulcanizates are obtained with the necessary complex of properties. Аналогичные результаты получены также с ускорител ми УВС-3.Similar results were also obtained with the UVS-3 accelerators.
