Description
This invention relates to rubber technology. Rubber compounds based on natural or synthetic rubbers using mineral and carbon soot B are known as fillers. However, black rubber has insufficient resistance to heat aging and aggressive media. Also known is a rubber mixture containing organic part of shale (kerogen-70) as a filler. However, the initial kerogen-70 can be used only for partial replacement of carbon black in rubber (20-40% by weight of carbon black). With an increase in the proportion of the initial kerogen-7O, the strength of the filled rubbers decreases dramatically. The purpose of the invention is to increase the resistance of rubbers to the action of corrosive media and heat aging. This is achieved by the fact that the rubber mixture as a filler contains an isothermal product at 390-40 ° C kerogen-70. The filler modified by heat treatment without air is used in the amount of rubber compounds 45-. 50 weight, parts per 100 weight, parts of rubber. The rubber mixture may also contain ingredients commonly used in rubber technology: sulfur, vulcanization accelerators, activators, plasticizers, etc. Rubber mixtures are prepared on a laboratory roll in one stage, followed by vulcanization at 143 + 0.5 ° С in the Press, Example 1. On 100 weight. including butadiene rubber SKN-40 is introduced on the rolls 1.5 weight. h, stearic acid, 5.0 weight. including zinc oxide, 0.8 weight, h, captax, 45 weight, including modified filler and 15 weight, h, sulfur (vulcanizing agent). In tab. 1 shows the properties of rubber-based rubber SKN-4O, containing the proposed filler.
