The invention relates to the field of powder metallurgy, in particular to the production of iron-based products by pressing and sintering mixtures of the starting components, during the preparation process of which the introduction of alloying components, such as phosphorus, copper, nickel, manganese, is carried out in order to improve the physical and mechanical properties of sintered products.

A known method for producing sintered iron-based products alloyed with phosphorus, nickel, copper, chromium and other metals, which involves the preparation of a mixture of iron powders with alloying components taken as Fe-P, Ni-P, Cu-P, pressing. and sintering.

The disadvantage of this method is the need to prepare a master alloy of a given composition, as well as the difficulty of achieving a uniform distribution of the alloying components when mixing the powders.

Целью изобретени   вл етс  повышение равномерности распределени  легирующих компонентов в объеме издели .The aim of the invention is to increase the uniform distribution of the alloying components in the volume of the product.

In order to achieve this goal, a method is proposed which differs from the known one in that the alloying components are introduced into the mixture in the form of powders of phosphate salts of the alloying metals.

Example. The initial mixture of powders of iron, manganese phosphate, Mn (P2PO4) 2 -21120, taken from the calculation of the phosphorus content in the mixture of 0.6%, with the addition of pencil graphite (1-1.5%) and zinc stearate (1%) is mixed in mixer for 1.5-2 hours. From the resulting mixture is pressed products with a residual porosity of 17-28%, which is sintered in furnaces in a reducing atmosphere at ISO-1150 ° C for 1.5-2 hours.

After additional machining, products are obtained for working in the dry friction units.

Введение легируюших компонентов в виде порошков фосфорнокислых солей легирующих металлов позвол ет достичь более равномерного распределени  легирующих компонентов в объеме издели  по сравнению с введением их в виде лигатуры Me-Р, что приводит к увеличению прочности изделий в 1,5- 2 раза .The introduction of alloying components in the form of powders of phosphate salts of alloying metals makes it possible to achieve a more uniform distribution of alloying components in the volume of the product as compared with their introduction in the form of a Me-P master alloy, which leads to an increase in the strength of products 1.5-2 times.

Subject invention

A method of manufacturing sintered iron-based products, comprising displacing the iron powder with alloying components, pressing and sintering, characterized in that, in order to increase the uniformity of the 3 distributions of the alloying components to the product volume, the latter are introduced into the mixture 482247 4 in the form of powders of phosphoric acid salts metals.
