Description
The invention relates to soldering the immersion of products in a bath with molten solder and can be used in the radio engineering, electronic and instrument-making industry. A device for soldering radio products, which contains a heated tank with molten solder and a movable bath with a drive placed in the tank, is known. The described device differs from the known one in that the bottom of the movable bath is made in the form of two perforated walls, between which a diaphragm is mounted. This allows for improved soldering performance. FIG. 1-3 schematically depict descriptive device. . The device consists of a tank 1 filled with molten solder 2. In tank 1, sub-pillar I is mounted: a bath 3 made of metal with a low density, the bottom of which is made in the form of a diaphragm 4 made of a thermally resistant material. The diaphragm 4 is installed between the lower and upper walls of the perforated false 5. In the center of the diaphragm 4 between the washers 6 is reinforced rod 7, having a cutout in the lower part, which includes the end of the lever 8. The latter is mounted on the axis 9, fixed in the tank body 1 above the level of solder 2. The rod 7 is mounted in the guides 1O false 5. The latter is also necessary to limit the pressure on the diaphragm 4. The device operates as follows. In the initial position, the bath 3 is in the molten solder 2 (see Fig. 1). At this time, the bath 3 is affected by the buoyancy force of the molten solder 2, which tends to push it to the surface. The lever 8 balances the buoyancy force and the bath 3 freezes at a predetermined level in the reservoir 1. As a result of the constant pushing force on the bath and holding it with the lever 8, the diaphragm 4 bends to its lowest position (see Fig. 1). At the approach of the device 11c with printed circuit boards to the tank 1, an actuator (not shown) of the lever 8 is automatically activated, which acts on the end of the lever 8, the lever turning on the axis 9 moves the rod 7 together with the diaphragm 4 upwards. At this time, the direction of the pushing force of the molten solder 2 and the force of action of the lever 8 on the rod 7 coincide. But since the buoyancy force acting on the bath 3 is constantly directed upwards, as soon as the force on the lever 8 on the diaphragm 4 changes, the bath 3 starts to float through the rod 7, and the lever 8 at the initial moment will rise after bath 3, holding aperture 4 in the initial position. As far as I emerge, the baths 3 actions, the buoyancy force on it weakens; it finishes lifting under the action of the lever 8 through the brush 7, the diaphragm 4 and the upper wall of the false 5. At this time, the diaphragm 4, taking the force of the lever 8 through the rod 7, will begin to rise and push the molten solder 2 onto the bath 3 , Hpir this surface solders itself off from oxides (see Fig. 2). Bath 3 ready for soldering. After contact of the printed circuit board j with the molten solder 2 of the bath 3, the latter is fixed for the soldering time in the upper position (see Fig. 3). When BpeJvteHH solders out, the drive action on the lever 8 automatically reverses and it starts to act through the rod 7 on the diaphragm 4 in the opposite direction. The diaphragm 4, lowering it all the way into the bottom wall of the false one of the 5, carries the molten solder 2 along with it, as a result of which it is quickly removed from the printed circuit board, when the bath 3 is held for an additional fraction of a second in the upper position by the action of the buoyancy force. Then the lever 8 through the rod 7, the diaphragm 4 and the lower false 5 lowers the bath 3 to its extreme position. The cycle is repeated to bring the device into operation. Subject of the invention A device for soldering printed circuit boards, having a tank with molten solder and installed in it a movable soldering anna equipped with a drive, imitating 1c weight with the fact that, with its improved quality, the bottom of the submersible bath is made in the form of two punched walls, between which spaced aperture.
