Claims (1)

  1. Изобретение относитс  к медицинской технике, а именно к офтальмохирургнческой аппаратуре. Известна гониолинза дл  хирургических вмешательств на углу передней камеры глаза, вьтолкенна  в виде косоусеченного цилиндра, имеющего две поверхности (вогн тую - контактную и выпуклую - оптически активную) и держатель. Известна  гониолинза не обеспечивает оптимальной фокусировки и угла падени  лазерного пучка в зоне лечебного воздействи  при лазерной микрохирургии угла передней камеры глаза. Дл  устранени  этих недостатков в пре лагаемой тюнйолинзе держатель снабжен выступом. На фиг. 1 изображена гониолинза в дву проекци х с разрезом; на фиг. 2 - гониоли за с держателем в контакте с глазом. Гоииолинза выполнена в виде цилиндра с косоусеченвой поверхностью 2 и основанием в виде вогнутой сферической поверхности 3, предназначенной дл  контакта с поверхностью глаза 4. Гониолинза снабжена держателем 5 с выступом 6 дл  вдавливани  стенки глаза 4 в облучаемой зоне. При лазерной микрохирургии гониолинза с держателем приводит з  в соприкосновение с поверхностью глаза. Стенка глаза в облучаемой зоне вдавливаетс  выступом держател . Формула изобретени  Гониолинза в виде косоусеченного цилиндра с держателем, отличаюша с   тем, что, с це ью обеспечени  оптимальной фокусировки и угла падени  лазерного пучка в зоне лечебного воздействи  при лазерной микрохирургии угла передней камеры глаза, держатель снабжен выступом.
