Известен эндо-экзогенератор, состо щий из герметизированной футерованной камеры сжигани с вод ной рубашкой, лотком с катализатором , ретортой, выполненной с тороидальным поперечным сечением горелок, и устройства дл регулировани , включающего автоматическую задвижку на трубопроводе экзогаза, выход щего КЗ камеры сжигани . Цель изобретени - расширение пределов регулировани температуры процесса и получение более стабильного состава эндотермической и экзотермической контролируемых атмосфер. Дл этого в предлагаемом эндо-экзогенераторе трубопровод экзогаза, покидающего камеру сжигани , соедин ют с горелками коллектором с холодильным устройством и задвижкой, регулирующей расход охлажденной экзотермической контролируемой атмосферы, возвращающейс в камеру сжигани . На чертеже показан предлагаемый эндоэкзогеиератор . Он состоит из герметизированной футерованной камеры 1 сжигани с горелкой 2, вод ной рубашкой 3 и лотком 4 с катализатором , реторты 5 с катализатором и термопарой 6, размещениой в слое катализатора, автоматической задвижки 7с импульсной линией 8 от термопары дроссел 9, коллектора 10, холодильного устройства 11 и задвижки 12. Эндо-экзогенератор работает следующим образом. В камеру 1 сжигани через горелку 2 подаетс газовоздушна смесь с коэффициентом расхода воздуха ниже (напрнмер, а-0,95). Камера сжигани снаружи охлаждаетс водой , подающейс в водочную рубашку 3 дл получеии наибольшей полноты сгорани топлива , на выходе продуктов сгорани из камеры сжигани установлен лоток 4 с катализатором . Продукты сгорани иа выходе из камеры сжигани представл ют собой экзотермическую контролируемую атмосферу. Газовоздушна смесь дл получени эндотермической контролируемой атмосферы подаетс в кольцевое сечение реторты. 5, где находитс катализатор.
