Description

(54) СПОСОБ ИЗГОТОВЛЕНИЯ ПЕЧАТНЫХ ФОРМ
Изобретение относитс  к технике изготовлени  печатных форм электрографическим путем .
Известен способ изготовлени  печатных форм путем зар дки электрофотографического сло , нанесенного на подложку, экспонировани  и про влени  его.
Однако при использовании такого способа большие площади изображени  не могут воспроизводитьс  точно по оригиналу.
С целью улучшени  качества изображени  по предложенному способу в качестве электрофотографического сло  используют слой,  вл ющийс  одновременно и фотопровод щим и фотополимеризуемым. Слой зар жают, освещают , про вл ют, подвергают дополнительному освещению, про вленные участки изображени  удал ют растворением. После удалени  про вленных участков форму дополнительно протравливают.
В электрофотографическом слое используют св зующее вещество, растворимое в водных щелочных растворител х, например, сополимерпзаты из стирола и ангидрида малеиновой кислоты. В качестве фотопровод щего сло  используют винилоксазол.
Копировальный слой может содержать гетероциклические органические соединени , соответствующие общей формуле

где RI означает фенил или диалкиламиноАенил , Й2 - фенил или хлорфенил.
В качестве подложки дл  копировального сло  могут быть использованы алюминий, специально обработанна  бумага, пластмассы, и
полиметаллические пластины. Копировальный слой можно наносить на медный цилиндр дл  изготовлени  форм глубокой печати.
Про вление осуществл етс  тонером, фиксировать который нет необходимости. При
действии на слой дополнительного освещени , на участках, где тонирующее вещество отсутствует , происходит полимеризаци  фотополимера , имеющегос  в копировальном слое. Дл  дополнительного освещени  примен ютс 
обычные источники - угольно-дуговые лампы , ксеноноБые лампы, ртутные лампы высокого давлени .
