Description
The energy separator 7 can be made without a diaphragm 11 for withdrawing the cold medium (component).
The heat exchanger operates as follows.
18.Gas (or vapor-gas, gas and vapor-liquid mixtures) under pressure enters the distribution manifold 6, and then into the energy separator 7. When moving along the screw threads of the energy separator, the initial flow acceleration is achieved due to the narrowing section 8 (subsonic part of the nozzle), and In section 9, its further acceleration occurs due to a change in the sign of the action, due to the expanding section 10 (supersonic part of the nozzle). At the same time, a rotational motion is transmitted to the gas flow in the channels. Thus, inside the heat exchange tubes, the treated gas is in a rotational-translational motion, due to which its temperature separation is carried out. The hot stream is divided through the lower ends of the heat exchange tubes 2 and enters the chamber 13, and the cold stream passes through the tubes 21 into the chamber 14. Refrigerate is circulated in the annular space. As a result of temperature separation in the heat exchange tubes, the gases are intensely cooled and the vapors condense. The resulting condensate flows down the walls of the pipes into the chamber 13 and is discharged through the fitting 16. The gas purified from the condensate is discharged from the apparatus through the fittings 17 and 18.
Thus, in the proposed heat exchanger, an increase in thermodynamic efficiency is ensured: firstly,
счет интенсификации закрутки газа вследствие вынолнени каналов с переменным сечением по ходу газа; во-вторых, за счет увеличени использовани поверхности труб путем формировани на всей внутренней поверхности их сплошного закрученного газового потока , достигаемого благодар наличию в винтовых каналах расшир ющегос участка, который позвол ет получить винтовые потоки,an account of the intensification of the swirling of gas due to the fulfillment of channels with a variable cross-section along the gas flow; secondly, by increasing the use of the surface of the pipes by forming a continuous swirling gas flow on the entire inner surface, achieved due to the presence in the screw channels of the expanding section, which allows to obtain screw flows,
сливающиес один с другим сразу по выходе из каналов; в третьих, за счет увеличени скорости потока в расшир ющемс участке винтовых каналов одновременно снижаютс его давление и температура, а следовательно,merge with one another immediately after leaving the channels; thirdly, by increasing the flow rate in the expanding section of the screw channels, its pressure and temperature simultaneously decrease, and, consequently,
создаютс благопри тные услови дл начала процесса конденсации паров из состава парогазовых смесей и сепарации образовавшейс жидкой фазы; в четвертых, за счет ликвидации зоны местных завихрений путем выполнени на выходном конце втулки усеченного конуса, предотвращающего затекание жидкости на плоскость диафрагмы и уноса ее с холодным потоком.favorable conditions are created to begin the process of vapor condensation from the composition of the vapor-gas mixtures and the separation of the resulting liquid phase; fourthly, due to the elimination of localized turbulence zones by making a truncated cone at the exit end preventing the fluid from flowing to the plane of the diaphragm and carrying it away with the cold flow.
Subject invention
Vortex shell-and-tube heat exchanger, for example, for cooling and cleaning exhaust gases according to ed. St. No. 281490, characterized in that, in order to improve the separation of moisture and increase thermodynamic efficiency, the screw channels formed by cutting have a variable cross-section with narrowing, transitional and expanding sections, the latter of which is coupled with a truncated cone made on the output end of the sleeve.
