Description
The invention relates to the field of cleaning industrial gases from dust and can be used to obtain foam forming compositions used for irrigation of dust collectors. Foaming formulations based on aqueous solutions of surfactants such as alkylarylsulphonic acid sodium salt are known, in which small additives (0.1-4%) of one of the following inorganic salts are introduced to increase foam stability: Na2SO4, Al2 (SO) s), Mg (SO4), K2SO4, CuSO4, Pb (NO3) 3, FeS04. When using these stabilizers, the foam resistance (time to reduce the volume of foam by half) is 10-35 minutes; the multiplicity (the ratio of the volume of foam to the volume of solution) is 150-350. The proposed foamable composition is characterized in that nickel sulfate and soda ash are added as stabilizers to the aqueous solution of the surfactant, next, the ratio of the components (in wt.%): Sodium alkylarylsulphonic acid salt 1-2 Nickel sulfate 0.5- 1 Calcined soda1-2 Water Remaining Foaming composition of such a composition possesses superior demanding stability parameters: its durability is within 50-90 min; the multiplicity of 300-500. Example. Foaming solution of the composition (in%): sodium alkyl alkylsulfonic acid (grade DS-RAS) 2; NiS04 1: NaoCOs 2: in, ode the rest, is fed through a nozzle to the grid of a foamy dust collector. At the same time, compressed air is directed to the grid, which results in an air-mechanical iieita, the resistance of which is 90 minutes; the multiplicity is 500. The subject of the invention is a foaming composition based on an aqueous solution of alkylarylsulfonic acid sodium salt surfactant containing additives of inorganic stabilizers, characterized in that, in order to increase the stability of the foam, nickel sulfate and soda ash are introduced into it following the ratio of components (in wt.%): Alkyl alkylsulfonic acid salt1-2 Nickel sulphate 0.5-1 Calcinated soda1-2 Water Remaining
