Description

Предлагаемый способ позвол ет, исход  из аммиака и. газа, получающегос  в обычных печах дл  сжиганп  колчедана , получать чистую элементарную серу и твердый сульфат или бисульфат аммони  без значительных затрат тепла, примен   простое оборудование.The proposed method allows, starting from ammonia and. gas produced in conventional incineration furnaces for pyrites to obtain pure elemental sulfur and solid ammonium sulfate or ammonium bisulfate without a significant amount of heat, using simple equipment.

Схема предлагаемого способа представлена на прилагаемом чертеже.The scheme of the proposed method is presented in the attached drawing.

Способ состоит в том, что обжиговый газ, содержащий SOz, полученный в печи 7 и очищенный от пыли в аппарате 2, поступает в реактор 3, где отдает свое тепло реагирующей смеси. Далее газ поступает в скрубберы 4, орощаемые раствором аммиака в воде или в маточных щелоках, получающихс  после кристаллизации сульфата аммони  в кристаллизаторах 8. Раствор сульфита или бисульфита аммони , полученный в скрубберах , засасываетс  насосом 5 высокого давлени  и направл етс  под давлением дл  нагревани  за счет тепла пара самоиспарени , выдел ющегос  при снижении давлени  в нижеуказанном разделителе 6, в реактор 3, из которого прореагировавша  масса спускаетс  в разделитель б раствора сульфата и бисульфата аммони  от элементарной серы.
